MumSpace
A space for mothers to connect

What is MumSpace?
MumSpace is a talking group designed for mothers to come together in their shared experiences.

There are countless groups that focus on babies and young children. MumSpace is different - it is for mothers. Here, you can openly discuss your experiences and reflect on the challenges of motherhood in a supportive space, knowing that you are not alone.

MumSpace is not a formal therapy group. There is no pressure to speak, just come and listen if you prefer. The group is gently facilitated so that people get a chance to share if they want to. We will explore themes about being a mother and ways to manage feelings and look after yourself and others.

Feel free to bring your baby along, if that works for you.
